Exhibition Floor Plan

Booth spaces are limited. If all are reserved before the deadline, placement cannot be guaranteed, though we will make every effort to accommodate extra requests.
After the deadline, booth spaces will be allocated based on sponsorship level and application date. Available options after initial allocation as well as sponsorship items will be granted to those who apply first. While we will take your indicated preferences into account, they cannot be guaranteed.

The congress organisation reserves the right to add / change booth locations in the course of the congress preparation. In case a booth has already been assigned and floor plan updates directly affect the location of this booth, the corresponding exhibitor will be informed accordingly.

The congress takes place on level 0, 1 and 2 of the venue. Booths are located on level 0 and level 1 in the midst of session rooms, poster and catering areas.
Booth numbers 1 to 68 are located on level 0. Booth numbers 69 to 84 are located on level 1.
6m² booths are highlighted in green, 9m² booths are highlighted in yellow. Catering stations are marked in purple.
When booking a 12m² or 18m² booth, please choose two adjacent 6m² or 9m² booths as your preferences.
