With its broad international audience, the EUROTOX Congress offers an excellent platform for companies to present their products and services while building new and lasting business relationships. Organizations can increase their visibility by selecting from a range of sponsorship opportunities and taking part in the exhibition.

- Mix and match our sponsorship and exhibition options to craft the perfect package for your brand.
- Your combined contribution defines your sponsorship level—and the exclusive advantages that come with it. If you opt solely for an exhibition package, your company will appear as an exhibitor, not a sponsor.
- All sponsors and exhibitors receive prominent visibility on the congress website and app and complimentary registrations based on their sponsorship level or exhibition package.
- All sponsorship and exhibition fees are collected by K.I.T. Group GmbH Dresden on behalf of EUROTOX (CHE-107.598.929). VAT may apply.

PLEASE NOTE:
Thank you for the enthusiastic interest in the EUROTOX 2025 exhibition. At the moment, all currently planned booth spaces are booked. A wait list is available. To be added, please submit an industry partner online application and book the desired booth size on the wait list. You will be notified if something becomes available.
- After the deadline, booth spaces will be allocated based on sponsorship level and application date. Available options after initial allocation as well as sponsorship items will be granted to those who apply first. While we will take your indicated preferences into account, they cannot be guaranteed.
- Booth spaces are limited. If all are reserved before the deadline, placement cannot be guaranteed, though we will make every effort to accommodate extra requests.
- Delegate registration details will be sent to applied industry partners shortly after the deadline to facilitate abstract submission.

Industry Hosted Session (4,000 €)
Organisation of industry hosted session to showcase new technologies or products to a large number of delegates
- time frame: 60 min (max. 4 in parallel)
- embedding in official congress programme + display in online programme
- incl. session room with basic AV + technical support
- scientific content and speaker selection up to the sponsor
- subject to approval by the Scientific Programme Committee
- catering in room may be ordered separately + at extra cost

Congress App (4,500 €)
Sponsorship of congress app accessible for all registered delegates
- acknowledgement of sponsor on a splash-screen when delegates open the app
- sponsor is allowed to distribute an advertisement in the congress app (basic option) -> see corresponding sponsorship item
